My name is Yanina Trento. I am a PE teacher with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in postural hygiene, postural exercises and postural re-education. My work combines science, mindful movement and innovative techniques to improve posture, prevent pain and enhance each person’s mobility. In Portugal, I furthered my training as a Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Assistant, deepening my knowledge of injury prevention, deep muscle strengthening and functional physical monitoring. This experience, combined with my practice, gives me a holistic view of the body in motion, allowing me to adapt exercises to the individual needs of each participant. I have developed my own methodology, Postura Viva, which combines postural gymnastics, somatic education, conscious breathing and functional movement, helping each person to integrate healthy posture into their daily lives. Furthermore, I use the powerful and innovative TPA technique, which is already revolutionising Argentina and Spain and is now available in Portugal, for fast and effective results in postural re-education and improved mobility. My work focuses on creating a community of conscious movement, where each participant learns to move in a balanced way, stretch effectively, release tension and strengthen the body from the inside out. My classes and workshops are tailored to anyone interested in improving their physical wellbeing and quality of life. My mission is to guide, motivate and share practical, accessible knowledge, promoting independence, body awareness and personal transformation through movement.
